If you hire Inspire Tech World on an ongoing consulting retainer, we will provide you with regular progress reports, and use metrics to measure effectiveness and inform ongoing decisions about your online communications.

CMS Support/Maintenance

Inspire Tech World’s CMS Support contracts offer a maintenance option for clients who wish to continue to engage Inspire Tech World to install code and security updates to their Open Source CMS (Drupal, Wordpress or Typo3) as they are released. This service also includes assistance (phone, email, or in some cases on site) with any installed modules and features on your web site. Our CMS support is available during our regular business hours which include Monday to Friday, 9-5pm excluding statutory holidays and the days between Christmas and New Years. If a major security release were to occur outside of our normal business hours, every effort to address the issue in a reasonable timeframe will be made on our part.
